What are the cultural differences between China, Japan, and America? -

I m trying to figure out what the cultural differences of China and Japan, and America are, but my brain just can t handle how much stuff that has nothing to do with what I need is on Google! Help please!

1st,China and Japan are using a same character called 漢字（kanji）. America is using only alphabet. Chaina is only using kanji,Japan is using several letters such as ひらがな(hiragana),カタカナ(katakana)and 漢字. 2nd,chinese eat chinese food, Japanese eat mainly rice sometimes meat , bread ,noodle,etc.I have a image that americans eat mainly meat,however ,how about this? I m sorry for my not good English.
