Well, the first is the use of titles such as sacho (president) and bacho (chief). The other thing is the use of business cards. You hand them a card with two hands and the name facing them. You bow and wait for them to take it. If you receive a card bow and take it, look at it/ read it, bow again, and DO NOT PUT IT IN YOUR PANTS POCKET!!! It is considered rude to quot;sit on ones identity.quot; Also the only time to speak your mind to your superiors is when you get them drunk enough at bars or restaurants.
