There are 3 nos of language setting available 1) To change Keyboard language Go to control panel-Regional amp; language setting-Keyboard language (tab menu)-Click change keyboard-select English language-apply-ok 2) To change the way your computer display numbers, currency, date amp; time Go to control panel-Regional amp; language setting-Formats (tab menu)-Click current format (drop menu)-select English language-apply-ok 3) To change the OS language (Operating system) you have to re-install the Operating system in English language Insert Bootable OS disc into your cd/dvd drive-format (hard-disk)-install new OS-Select language English-follow the instruction-Complete the installation-Restart Now you laptop is English language

There are no settings to change the language. Only way is to do a clean installation of English Windows ME or 98 on it.

U still using Windows ME? Did i hear u right? Just upgrade to XP SP3 or Vista, if it can run it.
