What do scientists predict about the geologic future of japan? -

I need to know this for a science project- I m searching myself but this might save me some time.

they read the active movements of the ground all the time and if there is going to be a earthquake the earthquake always gives of a small build up for at least a week or something and then they decide if that build was strong or not by reading their machines and see if they have to evacuate the area or not.
