Where is a webcomic based on current anime coming out in japan? -

I once stumbled upon a web comic who s main character loves anime and current anime in Japan. He lives in a dorm room I believe and he pretty much follows everything that comes out and he has a girlfriend who likes anime too. Also I believe it is drawn in kind of a Japanese anime style. Thanks.

Well, I haven t read it all, and I don t remember a dorm room or a girlfriend, but the style and anime references sound a bit like MegaTokyo...?
