There are just too many to list. Most all airlines that fly to Asia will have flights that connect through Japan. You might want to check with Japan Airlines or ANA, two Japanese airlines who can take you to just about country you choose after a stop in Japan. I ve flown Thai Airways to Bangkok, Thailand through Japan, I ve also flown Singapore Airlines through Japan to Singapore. Even United, Northwest and American Airlines fly to Japan and can connect you to Hong Kong or China or Vietnam, and many other countries. The stopover will depend on the airline and to where you re going, most of my stopovers have been a few hours or so, but you can take later flights from Japan and have longer layovers if you choose. You really need to say what country you ultimately want to fly to, so you can see what airlines are available and what options you have through Japan. Good luck.
girl, u should see where i work then. 12 different flight going into asia and at least 5 or 6 going into japan and contiuning to other places as final destination. narita airport, osaka, nagoya, itami, conx to thailand, hong kong, taiwan, and vietnam. i ask one time why all the big conx is only out of japan in particular.....i think it had to do with the time when americans over there durin the occupation; don t quote me i could be wrong. no, maybe it was b/c of the army bases....well, wouldn t that be a good question to ask on yahoo, then. have fun!!
