I am looking for a job in Tokyo Japan that gets good pay, but I don t know any. So can you help me.

I think the best pay jobs for non-Japanese are management consultant, investment banker and IT professional, and it is not Japanese companies (McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, Accenture etc for example).
