What happenned to the economy of Japan during the 90s? This is always referred to as japans lost decade? -

Can someone explain to me what happened to japan s economy in the 90s? how come their 0% interest rate could not stimulate the economy? and why are they experiencing deflation? Appreciate any thoughts.. I can t find anything from the net

Because a 0 % interest rate is excellent to take loans in yens in Japan and invest that yens in other countries with higher interest rate... You must think as a Capitalist to understand a why a Capitalist does something ... We know that they have no way out.
