How can I put my credit card info to playstation network for Japan? -

I want to buy a game from the Playstation Network in Japan, but Im having trouble getting my info put it. Has anyone here been able to get their info on and download games? If so can you please help me and walk me through what to put it and where to put it? Or if someone can point me to a tool that will change the entire web page into English that would help a lot too.

You will need an Japanese credit card to do that. There is no other way. Sorry
