What is the cheapest travel from Japan to America? -

Any travel included; is there any way way to travel on a freight ship to America? Including any travel on a freight ship or any other kind of ship that requires labor on the ship? Or any other way at all of getting to America from Japan? I am American in Japan, with very little money to get back to America.
