Whats the fastest way to ship from USA to Japan? -

My friend in Japan really likes brownies, and I make excellent ones! ;) Is it possible for me to ship her brownies, and if so what s the absolute fastest way? Is it feasible, or do I have to wait until I visit and make them there? Thanks!
