How can my 5 children working in japan migrate to the US? Theres a computer programmer and a japanese speaker -

We are Filipino-Japanese descendants living in Japan. Four of my children are girls with age 21-27 and our son is 18. He is fluent in Japanese having studied here in senior high. The girls are working for Sony Corp. s digital cam and celfone assembly line. Three of them are line supervisors. They have very good working attitude. All of them are holder of long-term residence visas. We also want to know if companies can sponsor our children for them to get visa. If this is possible, do you know of any company doing this? Please help us migrate to the US.

The company that they work for have offices here. Have them apply for a transfer here to the United States.

Sorry that I personally dont know any companies, but the ones working at Sony should be able to get new positions at Sony within the US. As for the son, he could hook up with one of the many companies translating Japanese Anime here in the US. Translators are very much wanted.
