What is the best or top university for bussiness in japan? -

i m planning to go abroad someday, and my major is in international bussiness, and of course i would go to japan as mastering the language as well as continuing my study. so which one is the best university for bussiness in japan?

Business. We have long history.build Japanese Business, Waseda Univ. will welcome you. Political and Economics depertment will be best,but admission test will not a easy one and cost will be higher than National University like Tokyo Univ. (and I m not a business person,I forgot English.please ignore!)
