best to find out were your car is might be at the port
tell them they gave u the wrong car -show them that the numbers dont match and i dont see why they wouldnt exchange it for the right car--its obviously their fault

In law? Absolutely nothing. In reality? Absolutely nothing. No matter how many times I say, quot;Never buy a car from abroad, unless you ve actually seen itquot;, people keep on handing their money over to someone they ve never met, for a car they don t even know exists. Now you know why...
Don t take it. If you bought it from a dealer in the U.S. they should be required to deliver what you ordered.
next time get someone who knows wat there doing.
Drive it back and ask them to swap it.
Contact the retailer immediately. If you have the transcript of your purchase (email, fax, letter, etc), present it also. Considering the fact that the chassis number on your invoice was correct (and notes your original vehicle), maybe the mistake took place whilst conveying. In any case, the retailer should know and be taking care of this matter fully. If they seem reluctant and you cannot receive what was promised in the primal order, then that is technically a fraud. I m sorry this happend, hope you get to sort it out soon.
ha ha!! buy british mate
