Is it common to have eyelid surgery in Japan? -

and is it less tabbo? Cause I ve went to Tokyo to visit some relatives that married in my family and there daughter got the surgery done. Alot of women I ve seen in Japan admitted to getting it done. and Majority of j-pop stars like ayumi hamasaki get extensive surgery done. My question is, is it less tabbo to get surgery done in Japan then it is in the U.S? Is it cheaper? and why do so many do it? thanks and no need to offend, just curious.

It s more common in Asia then here in the US. Most can t afford it so they use eyelid glue and stuff like that.

Many starlets do, but more common people really don t. My husband has some pretty narrow eyes, but that s what makes him who he is. It s more common in Korea because the Koreans have no visual crease in the eye lid where as the Japanese at least have a slight crease. Notice the difference: Korean: http://www.lacitybeat.com/site_images_up... Japanese: http://bp1.blogger.com/_ug7ouzy78JA/SAUE... (ignore the color contacts)

It is so expensive and out of insurance cover that most of Japanese female never touch such cosmetic surgery except high society celeb or popular entertainers.

ya?? now you know that not all Asians have surgery right?? Or did it disappoint you?? because you wished Asians to be unsatisfied about their appearance?? like other ignorant anglosaxons do??
