electronics : but the menus might only be in japanese, be sure to get one that has english; if going to Tokyo, can check out Akihabara area - they have the latest gadgets; can find good deals on older models make up : japan is famous for their make up/skin care products; can get at all department store counters or in chain drugs stores (selection is limited but generally offer discounts) japanese snacks : wonderful amp; weird foods, beautifully packaged, great as souvenirs some clothing line (as the japanese have a licence to produce these, so they re cheaper here but only sold in Japan) : Burberry Blue Label, Agnes b, Jill Stuart, Vivienne Westwood, Katherine Hamnett watches, Paul Smith (even though these brands can be found overseas, the style/line is completely different). other than those listed above, everything thing else you can get anywhere.
