How to stay with Japanese family in Japan ? -

I have a French friend who is going to Japan in April. He is looking for a nice Japanese family to stay with. He is going with quot;working holiday visaquot;, and could stay there for one year doing part time job. Does anyone know any organizations etc dealing with introducing Japanese famies to people from foreign countries ?

First, it would be awesome if he spoke Japanese. Would make things simpler. Second the link is in the post. I m sure there is an age limit though.... Gambate. Dewa mata.
